Era stato scarcerato un anno e mezzo fa dopo aver scontato la pena per l&#039;omicidio di Michele Fazio, il 15enne innocente ucciso per errore, avvenuto nel 2001. Contro di lui sono stati esplosi alcuni colpi di pistola. Sembra un vero e proprio agguato in stile mafioso. Sull&#039;episodio indaga la Squadra mobile della Questura.
