Lo ha detto Antonella Castagna, direttore della Clinica di Malattie infettive dell&#039;Universit\u00e0 Vita-Salute San Raffaele di Milano, intervenuta all&#039;&#039;Hiv Summit: Ending the Hiv Epidemic in Italy&#039;, appuntamento che a Roma ha coinvolto istituzioni, decisori politici, esperti del mondo medico-scientifico e rappresentanti delle associazioni.\u2009Secondo Castagna \u00e8 \u201cfondamentale rafforzare lo screening e l\u2019accesso ai test, soprattutto tra le popolazioni pi\u00f9 difficili da raggiungere, come sex workers, detenuti e giovani donne. Abbiamo strumenti efficaci come la PrEP e la terapia orale.
