Il gup di Roma ha prosciolto Federico Lucia, in arte Fedez, nel procedimento che lo vedeva imputato per l&#039;accusa di calunnia ai danni dell&#039;associazione dei consumatori. Al centro della vicenda c\u2019erano le accuse mosse dal rapper all\u2019associazione in merito a un banner pubblicato nel 2020 sul sito del Codacons in tema di coronavirus. \u00a0Lo scorso maggio la procura di Roma aveva chiesto il proscioglimento dopo aver sentito in aula il rapper. Nell\u2019aprile 2020 Fedez aveva presentato una querela contro l\u2019associazione per truffa e diffamazione, poi archiviata.
